It's a solid center if you want hands-on exposure and to build confidence managing common PHC conditions independently. The patient flow is high so you'll see a lot, especially DM/HTN and chronic disease follow-ups. Teaching atmosphere is friendly overall and seniors are approachable. You also get exposure to different practice settings since some clinics may be outside the main hospital campus.

- Copy of the father's family registry
- Copy of the family registry for the trainee physician (if married)
- Copy of the family registry and national ID of the husband for the trainee female physician (if married)
- Copy of the professional registration card and classification certificate
- Copy of the BLS card
- Copy of a valid medical malpractice insurance certificate
- Medical report from a governmental hospital including: Hepatitis B/C, HIV test, Chest X-ray
- Copy of the employment contract
