The Family Medicine Academy at Riyadh First Health Cluster offers a comprehensive and high-quality residency and rotation experience through one of the largest integrated primary healthcare networks in the Kingdom. As the first Family Medicine Academy established in Saudi Arabia, the academy provides diverse clinical exposure across primary healthcare centers, a medical city, and multiple general and specialized hospitals. Trainees gain supervised experience in acute and chronic disease management, preventive medicine, continuity of care, women's health, child health, urgent care, and community-based healthcare. The academy emphasizes evidence-based medicine, professionalism, leadership, research, quality improvement, and multidisciplinary teamwork while preparing residents to become competent family physicians capable of delivering comprehensive patient-centered care.
